Some panels also occupy multiple slots, just can exist combined with other panels to grade new or stronger abilities.[12]
Limit Breaks, which previously featured in Square'south Final Fantasy series, tin exist activated during a battle one time the character'due south health drops below a sure level, indicated past a yellow health bar. Each character has their ain unique abilities during Limit Breaks which allow a temporary boost to their normal abilities, whether it exist increasing the attack strength or allowing multiple enemies to be attacked at one time.[13] The 2nd phase of a Limit Break known as Final Limit is ordinarily a different or powered-up version of the first and begins at the bespeak where the white line (starting at the high end of the xanthous portion of the HP bar) meets meridian expressionless center.

Story [edit]
The newly born Roxas is discovered in Twilight Town past Xemnas, the leader of Organization Xiii, who recruits him as their thirteenth member. Unlike other Nobodies, Roxas lacks memories of his original cocky and develops a personality of his own as time passes.[23] Roxas is sent on daily missions to other worlds to destroy vast quantities of Heartless and release stolen hearts with his Keyblade, which furthers the Arrangement'southward goal of creating Kingdom Hearts and condign complete beings. Roxas is tutored past fellow member Axel, with whom he becomes close friends. Later on Axel and several other members are reassigned to Castle Oblivion, Roxas partners with Xion, a fourteenth member inducted shortly after Roxas.[24] Roxas and Xion bond over their similarities, including Xion's ability to wield a Keyblade and inability to retrieve her human life. Some time subsequently, Roxas falls into a coma caused by the alteration of Sora's memories,[b] and does not revive until several weeks afterwards, when Axel returns from Castle Oblivion as the only survivor of the grouping.
Over time, Xion develops a friendship with Roxas and Axel, eating bounding main-common salt ice cream with them subsequently missions at the Twilight Boondocks clock belfry. Xion shortly falls into a blackout later failing to eliminate Riku; like Roxas, she has visions of Sora later waking. Upon learning Xion's identity from Xemnas, Roxas begins to question his own identity and defects from the Arrangement in search of answers, leaving Axel down-hearted.[30]
At Twilight Boondocks, Xion attacks Roxas, having been altered by Xemnas to perform her initial purpose of absorbing Roxas and becoming a perfect copy of Sora.[31] Upon being defeated, Xion'south body dissipates while her heart merges with Sora's, causing all memory of her existence to gradually vanish. Returning to the Earth That Never Was to stop Xemnas' programme every bit per Xion's final request, Roxas encounters Riku, who attempts to capture him for DiZ and resume Sora's memory restoration process, which has completely halted.[32] When Roxas overpowers him, Riku releases the darkness suppressed within his own eye, giving him the power necessary to subdue Roxas, but as well giving him the physical grade of Xehanort's Heartless, Ansem, who resides in his heart.[33] DiZ inserts Roxas into a virtual simulation of Twilight Town without any of his memories of the Organization and so that Roxas may somewhen merge with Sora.[34]
